1. How
does an e-ticket work?
1. Buy
Purchase your ticket(s) on-line, your ticket will be emailed to
your email address. Your ticket will also be stored in your own Mytickets page
on the tunegum.com website.
2. Print
Open the tickets saved in your Mytickets page and print them at your
convenience. All you need is Adobe Acrobat Reader.
4. Enjoy
At the venue, your tickets will be scanned at the gate for entry into the
event. Enjoy!
To open ticket the ticket, you need Adobe Acrobat reader. Most
computers come standard with this software. In the rare occasion that your
computer does not have this software, you can download for free at
Adobe.
2. I
have paid by credit card but cannot see the tickets in MyTickets page?
Once your transaction has been processed, your tickets will be
created and available for printing or download at the MyTickets page, a link to
your ticket will also be emailed to your email address. If the tickets do not
appear on the MyTickets page, it could be that credit details were not correctly
inputted or there could be a problem with your credit card. If this is the case,
please try again or contact your bank. If payment has been processed on your
credit card and the tickets are not available, this could be a result of a delay
owing to a weak internet connection. In these cases your tickets will be created
but may be delayed for a couple of hours at most.
3.
I have paid by EFT but cannot
see the tickets in MyTickets page?
Tickets purchased by EFT will only be available once your
confirmation of payment has been sent. Once the confirmation has been received,
an SMS from Tunegum will be sent to your cell phone and the tickets will be made
available at your MyTickets tab once you log-in with your username and
password.
4. Can
I purchase more than one ticket for friends and family?
Absolutely. You can buy as many tickets as you need. Each ticket
is for one access only and each person entering the event must have their own
ticket when entering the event.
5. Do
I need to print the ticket in colour?
No. The ticket can also be printed in black and white. Actually
we recommend this as it saves your colour cartridge.
6. Do
I need a special printer to print the ticket?
No. Any standard inkjet or laser printer can be used for
printing the ticket.
The bar-code on the top right hand corner of the page must to be visible with
clearly defined lines and spaces. If the individual lines of the bar-code are
not clearly visible, the bar-code reader may have difficulty in reading the
bar-code which may cause delay when entering the event
7. Do
I need to use any particular paper type or size?
The ticket can be printed using standard paper that is used at
home and office printers. We recommend that EACH ticket be printed on a
SEPARATE A4 size paper.
8.
When do I need to print my tickets?
Your tickets can be printed out at any time before the event.
The tickets will be available in your secure MyTickets page and can be retrieved
at any time from any computer using your email login name and your password. The
tickets will be removed from your profile after your event.
We maintain your transaction history in the event you have any queries in the
future.
